the journey to 77 starts tomorrow

esok 7 julai. my so called 'journey to 77' starts tomorrow.
patutnya i go and weigh myself first. cakap je nak kurangkan berat badan sampai 77kg. but berat tuanpunya badan sekarang tak tahu lagi.... hi hi hi.
kalau beratnya, 87kg... maknanya kena hilangkan 10kg
kalau beratnya 97kg.... maknanya kena hilangkan 20kg.... alamak. banyaknyer.

i think i am between 90 -95kg.
berat tu... my bones are made of steel, tu yang heavy sangat tue.. ha ha ha

for the first week, kita buat slow and steady.
jangan kasi kejut itu body. culture shock nanti!

kita cuba kurangkan makan nasi. maybe malam no eat rice.
banyak makan buah-buahan dan vege.
kita makan lah buah pisang, buah oren, buah epal, pear.... murah tu. ulam timun ke...
jangan minum capucinno. minum kopi o ok lah ngan biskut lempung. jacobs recommended. tak pun biskut lempong besa-besa jak. dua tiga keping ok la. jangan sampai setinggi kondominium MJC, siap ngan cheese /tuna spread pulak. terlebih sudah. ada high fiber/serat and low salt punya. minum plain water banyak2.

tapi hari nie, ku terlebih makan dah. pagi nasi lemak bungkus. lunch chicken tepanyaki set (terlebih tauge). minum petang dua biji curry puff plus kopi o.... malam nie lagi?

tak pe.... esok pengembaraan itu bermula.......:)
