OH MY EGGS !


Ayam berkokok di pagi hari
Itik nyenyak tidur di dalam reban
Penoreh getah mula turun ke ladang
Cik Abang ku merajuk tadi pagi
Telur setengah masak yang diidamkan
Telur rebus pula yang ku hidang

Ha.... pantun 6 kerat engkau!  A'ha Cik Abang kita merajuk pagi tadi.  Ngerepaknya koh..
Telur apa tok? Lewat juak sik pandei molah nok simple telur setengah masak ya pun fail
Tok mesti u engkah telur dalam air dolok lalu merebusnya...

hi hi hi..... I tengah menyiapkan si Cengal dalam bilik tersenyum je.... tersilap la beb... over boiling...
u sik mok makan, kelak I makannya.... tu je I mampu jawab
sekali tengok kat meja, dua biji juga Cik Abang makan.
sedap apa telur rebus, tuang kicap sikit... nyamannnnn..

Sekali I google on ' the best method to cook half boiled egg', yang keluar semua soft boiled egg
tak samakah half boiled egg ngan soft boiled egg??
half boiled egg, bahagian putih ngan bahagian kuning cairkan?
I suka yang 3/4 masak, tak cair sangat.  Yang digoogle, shows that soft boiled egg ni the white part ada keras sikit (tak cair) but the yellow partnya cair or runny they call it.

Dari wikihow, meh kita belajar masak soft boiled egg step by step..


Add water into a pot, the water should be one and a half eggs high. Turn the heat onto high.
When water is at a rapid boil, carefully place the refrigerated eggs in the water. Make sure to not crack the eggs! A good way to avoid this is by putting one egg on a spoon, and slowly lowering it into your pot.

Wait 2 minutes.
 
 Rotate the eggs.

Wait for 3 more minutes.

Turn off the heat and remove the egg, place it on an egg holder if you have one (if not, a shotglass works well or a small bowl or even a tea cup). Just make sure not to use your hands, as the egg is very hot.

Take a spoon and crack the more round side of the egg, peel, add salt and pepper, and enjoy.
 
I guess if u want the egg to be a bit runny, then reduce one minute or so.
Kesimpulan yang dapat I dari menggoogle on the best method to cook tadi adalah..... TIMING!!!!
U need to look at the WATCH or kena ada timer while boiling the eggs!!
I never bother to do so, just agak2...hehehehe.  

So, learn from mistakes and improve!!
