“Every child is an artist.
The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.”

~ Pablo Picasso

look! they're so engrossed with their painting. i was in the kitchen cooking our dinner. photo taken by daddy.

children always and naturally get absorbed in the process of creating or drawing without worrying about the end product. these two can paint for hours and become so absorbed in it . i always ask them what they are painting or doing, and they will look at you as if you had three heads. the idea that it had to be anything never occurred to them.

the verdict.... let them enjoy what they are doing.

in the end, they will quarrel with each other about cleaning the mess and throwing the newspaper..... ha ha ha

teringat masa sekolah dulu, kalau kelas lukisan, memang ditunggu kalau cikgu suruh buat lukisan bebas... senang kan, lukis je apakebende...he he he

you got three heads aa Mama? Hehe

Until I was 12, my idea of lukisan bebas consisted of a simple-structured wooden house, a very leafy tree on the side with huge bark, a mountain on the background, blue sky, cotton clouds, m-shaped birds in the air, and mr sunshine!
